Ordering

You can order handmade greeting cards & Stationery via the online shop.

Please ensure you take into account postage times when ordering your cards/stationery. If you need your order in a hurry, please email me beforehand to ensure the order can be completed in time.

For Bespoke orders, I normally require a minimum of 5 days from the order date to complete the order. For bulk orders, it may take longer than this to complete so please bear this in mind when ordering.This is to ensure I have the necessary materials to complete the order and post it to you in plenty of time. This includes products from the handmade stationery ranges.

Made to order/customised goods cannot be resold. Because of this, ALL Made to order/customised cards & stationery must be paid for in advance. A special item will be created for you in the 'Bespoke Order' section of the online shop. Once the order has been paid for, I will then make your card to meet your requirements.
Payment

You can pay for your order in our secure checkout by using your credit/debit card. Please note that when using our secure payment gateway, the transaction will appear on your card statement as 'NOCHEX'.

You can also pay for your order via paypal by simply entering your existing paypal account details or using your credit/debit card.
Shipping & Delivery

When ordering items from the online shop, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. During busy times this may be longer. For Bespoke cards & Stationery orders, I will email you to give you an estimate shipping time when I have received your order, as these orders take longer to complete.

The postage cost will be calculated on your order page for you to view before completing checkout.

Orders are securely packaged using a Jiffy bag or hard back envelope. I try to recycle packaging when possible. This helps to keep the cost of postage down and also to do my bit for the environment.

When posting personalised stationery or bulk orders, I package them securely in a postal box and send it via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Postage is free for orders over £25. For orders under £25 the standard postage costs apply.
Returns and Refunds
All of my cards are produced to the highest quality. If, however, you receive goods that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to me in an unused condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
To request a return please email me at returns@more-than-words.co.uk. Please state your invoice/order number, name and address and the reason for return. I recommend you obtain a 'free certificate of postage' from the post office when you return your item. I cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost/damaged in the post. The item must be returned unused and in it's original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not in a saleable condition when returned, a refund will not be provided. Refunds will be made by cheque which will be sent to you within 10 days of me receiving the returned item. Delivery charges and return postage are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Unfortunately I cannot refund/exchange goods that are personalised, made to order or customised in any way unless they are faulty, as they are not able to be resold. In the unusual event your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please email support@more-than-words.co.uk.
On receipt of the faulty goods, I will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
